The Process

STEP 1 - Purchase Your Etsy Shop Glow-Up

Take the first step by purchasing your Etsy Shop Glow-Up.

Once your order is complete, I'll send you everything you need to get started.

STEP 2 - Tell Me About Your Business

You'll receive an email with a short questionnaire.

This is your chance to tell me about your business, what you sell, what you love about your current look, what you'd like to change, the styles you're drawn to — and anything you definitely don't want.

You'll also provide your Etsy shop link and can upload the original photographs of any particular products you'd like me to work with.

Please complete your questionnaire as soon as possible.

Your 5-working-day turnaround begins once I have received your completed questionnaire and everything needed to begin your project.

STEP 3 - I Review Your Etsy Shop

I'll review your existing storefront, branding, products and current visual presentation to see where we can create a stronger and more consistent identity.

I'll work with six products from your shop.

If you have particular products you'd like included, please upload the original, good-quality product photographs with your questionnaire wherever possible.

If you're happy for me to choose, I'll select six products from your Etsy store that I feel will best showcase your new visual direction.

STEP 4 - I Create Your New Visual Direction

Using your questionnaire, products, existing business and the direction you'd like your brand to take, I'll begin developing your new look.

This is where everything starts to come together, your colour direction, styling, imagery, brand personality and the overall visual feel of your Etsy shop.

I'm not trying to turn your business into somebody else's.

The goal is to take what's already special about your products and create a stronger visual identity around them.

STEP 5 - You Approve Your Mood Board

Within 48 hours, I'll send you your Brand Concept Mood Board showing the proposed visual direction for your Glow-Up.

You'll then have 24 hours to review it and let me know if you'd like any major changes to the colours or overall brand direction.

Once approved, this mood board becomes the creative direction I'll use for the rest of your Etsy Glow-Up.

If I don't receive feedback within the 24-hour review period, I'll continue with the mood board direction provided so that your project can stay on schedule.

STEP 6 - Your Finished Glow-Up Is Delivered

Once everything is complete, you'll receive a private link via email to your Google Drive folder.

Inside you'll find your completed Etsy brand assets, imagery and creative resources, organised together so you can start putting your new look into action.

STEP 7 - Keep Creating With Your New Brand

Your Glow-Up doesn't end with the images I create for you.

Inside your folder, you'll also receive your personalised Brand Prompt Document.

These prompts are created specifically around your new visual identity and can be used with ChatGPT to help you create future:

AI-assisted imagery and creative tools are used as part of the design process. For physical products, final listing imagery should always be checked against the real product before publishing to ensure it accurately represents the item your customer will receive.
